Dr Herzog was contracted by The Hartford, my LTD insurance company, to perform an Independent Medical Evaluation. His 1 hour physical assessment and perusal of 26 years of medical records was considered a more expert opinion than that of my primary care physician of 26 years. In many areas the information he provided to the insurance company was vague, false, and outright deceptive.
