Elise from the scheduling department was very rude, verbally aggressive and when asked for a supervisor, she transferred me to a voicemail with noonw reaching back out to me! It’s like anyone can be disrespectful to patients and just get away with it! Not right. Due better!
Don't come here if you're trans and looking to get hormones. The nurses purposely misgender you and smile while doing it.
My experience with my 1st daughter was excellent. Now that I'm having my 2nd baby and I'm high risk again but still covid protocols are in place I can't bring my child with me to an appt but I can bring my partner. Doesn't really make much sense honestly. If my partner can't attend why can't my child. I'm over 3 hrs from family and friends I can't just find a sitter. It isn't that easy.
