The girls that work here are SO rude. I can’t believe pregnant women are finding out pretty devastating news about their pregnancy and then they have to deal with these people. I went for a more advanced ultrasound and checking in the lady was rude. Then checking out was even worse they wanted me back in 1 weeks for another follow up and she said “i don’t have anything” We sat in silence for a moment thinking she’d offer what she did have then she says “I’ll call you” in such a rude tone I said ok then and walked out. I had a great experience here! The office was clean and the woman at the desk was very sweet. My ultrasound tech was also so lovely, answered every question I had, and talked through everything she was doing.
I was a little hesitant about my appointment based off all the reviews but I can honestly say I had a great experience with them. Check in was easy, wait was short. The woman who did my ultrasound was so nice and explained everything as she went. I had a short wait waiting for the MFM doctor to review the scans and come speak with me. She took her time speaking with me and was comforting and provided as much information as possible. Kristina Fenley was the ultrasound tech and Kelley E Conroy was the MFM doctor.
I had to come here for a referral, and I was nervous as I read all of these reviews that were not good! I particularly really liked Dr Bettz, she was very kind and welcoming and made me feel like I could ask any questions. The ultrasound tech was good and so were the office staff! I had no issues. I just wanted to share my experience for anyone who sees all the negative reviews and gets nervous like I did! I won’t need to go back but if I did, I would be fine with it!
