I had a good experience with this office. They got me in and out without delay. Also the surgeon and his team in my opinion were great. They communicated with me very well. Surgery was successful. I couldn't be more pleased.
The way this practice treats patients is beyond unacceptable. After walking in at 8:32 for an 8:30 a.m. appointment, the receptionist was so disrespectful during intake that I left in tears without being seen. The practice opens at 8:30, according to their website and Google, so I didn't think I could show up early, nor did I realize I was required to show up early. I was slightly late... and it stressed me out... and my Dr fit me in... just had to wait a bit... and the bedside manner after I got into the exam room was incredible!
I’m disappointed in the negative reviews. They seem directed at the office and not specifically the doctors. I’m a retired doctor and can’t write enough words to describe the excellent care my partner received for more than 15 years from Dr Parker Roberts, associate doctors, hospital surgical team … residents, NPs , office nurses and the office staff.
