The way this practice treats patients is beyond unacceptable. After walking in at 8:32 for an 8:30 a.m. appointment, the receptionist was so disrespectful during intake that I left in tears without being seen. The practice opens at 8:30, according to their website and Google, so I didn't think I could show up early, nor did I realize I was required to show up early. I was slightly late... and it stressed me out... and my Dr fit me in... just had to wait a bit... and the bedside manner after I got into the exam room was incredible!

I’m disappointed in the negative reviews. They seem directed at the office and not specifically the doctors. I’m a retired doctor and can’t write enough words to describe the excellent care my partner received for more than 15 years from Dr Parker Roberts, associate doctors, hospital surgical team … residents, NPs , office nurses and the office staff. The surgical care of this practice is know for being exceptional, however the office offers a terrible experience. My PCP sent a referral 2 weeks ago. Neither of us heard from the practice that they even received the referral. The PSR told me that it could be up to 6 more weeks before the referral is even reviewed and allowed to schedule an initial appointment.
