I had a good experience with this office. They got me in and out without delay. Also the surgeon and his team in my opinion were great. They communicated with me very well. Surgery was successful. I couldn't be more pleased.
The way this practice treats patients is beyond unacceptable. After walking in at 8:32 for an 8:30 a.m. appointment, the receptionist was so disrespectful during intake that I left in tears without being seen. The practice opens at 8:30, according to their website and Google, so I didn't think I could show up early, nor did I realize I was required to show up early. I was slightly late... and it stressed me out... and my Dr fit me in... just had to wait a bit... and the bedside manner after I got into the exam room was incredible!
