They dropped us as a client when our child was having an asthma attack. The nurse literally said “other kids are sicker” and if you need care you should go to the ER. My son was in pediatric ICU and we were referred to them through the hospital, but they couldn’t even manage him for one year after asthma diagnosis. They dropped us during his worst flair up since hospitalization in which he has been bounced between the ER, urgent care, and pediatrician. All of whom say he needs ongoing specialist care. My 5 year old son has been battling with asthma attacks for almost 2 years. First let me say, they never answer their phones, each time I called (about 9 times) I was put to an answering machine- I only received calls back half of the time, if not less than that. The staff really doesn't seem to care- scary at a Pulmonology clinic. At first they seemed like they were going to really try to help and want to be a good resource for our family, but we quickly realized we were just a number. All three of my kiddos have gone her over the last 7 years, most recently my newborn has been seeing Dr Mellow and he has been absolutely amazing and very in tune to her ailments. We have had nothing but positive experiences and have never been asked our vaccine status. We love coming here!
