I was told for years I suffered from "anxiety" and "functional gastrointestinal disorder", I was also told "new tests wouldn't reveal anything". I recently transferred to adult care, during the consultation I was immediately given the potential diagnosis of gastroparesis, I had a gastric emptying study and it was. If I had stayed here I would have continued to have been told my paralyzed stomach was "anxiety". Do not recommend.

Not helpful. Had to reach out to them in regards to my sons gtube change out then was told they aren’t doing them right now because of covid. I told them I was going to look into Boston Children’s then. Called a few weeks later with a question and the nurse practitioner would not answer my yes or no question and told me I should probably go ask Boston.

Everything was great, until billing came along. It's impossible to get in touch with their billing department. There is no option to press for billing. I was told that I had to just wait for an operator to transfer me. So I did and got passed down at least 5 times to different departments. When I finally get them, they weren't very helpful. It's just not worth our drive to Portland for this kind of paperwork nightmare. Unfortunately, I'm cancelling our follow-up appointment because 2 hours on the phone for paperwork plus 2 h... read more
