I have been to many doctors over my 68 years. Brian Lee was by far the best doctor I have ever dealt with. He was compassionate, thorough, understanding and took his time explaining everything to me so I understood it all. I wish I could have him as my primary. I recommend him 100%.
Saw Dr. Brian Lee today. Was on time. Listened and answered my questions. Gave me input. I did not feel rushed. Great visit.
Getting my 1st appointment took 13 months. Once, they had to reschedule, twice I had to postpone. Each delay meant an additional required 90 day delay for a new patient. It was very frustrating! The staff was very pleasant and professional. The doctor was thorough and answered all my questions patiently. I did not feel rushed. However, I am having trouble scheduling my follow-up appointments, so I am concerned about how long it may drag out before I can get my issues resolved.
I had a sudden onset of hearing loss in my left ear, so I went in to have it checked out. After running a hearing test, and speaking with the doctor, they confirmed I had hearing loss and recommended a surgery to replace my stapes with a prosthetic.
