I have had an excellent experience with my surgeon (Dr. Avery) his team (Tyler et al) and this facility as a whole. They made a difficult situation very bearable. I’m the overly anxious 10,000 question patient and they answered all of my questions and treated me very well. Very impressed with them and grateful so far!

I've worked with people in here for many years. And while I can say it wasnt bad in the beginning it's now the absolute worst. My first surgeon told me after 4 surgeries total and my hand being crushed in machine that spacial awareness wasn't a thing and I was crazy to think that (when I cannot see my hand it's like it doesn't exist). Not a great facility. The phone lines are only open 8a-4:30p, which is my same exact work schedule. I’ve spent every one of my lunch breaks for the last week trying to reach someone. It’s just rings and you listen to a 20m of promo about how great they are. No one answers. Then my lunch break is over so I gotta hang up. Then I gotta leave work 15- 30m early just so I can call them on the way home before they close. Another 5-6 hours of PTO wasted. Again, just to wait on hold for 20 more minutes. Good staff experience and both the doctor who replaced my retired doctor and my original doctor that did my original surgery are fantastic!
