We are extremely grateful for Dr. Braun, Rosemary, and Kathleen. From our first visit during pregnancy, when we learned our son would be born with clubfoot, through his casting and tenotomy. The team prepared us for each step and made sure we always knew what to expect. Their reassurance and positivity during weekly visits have meant more to our family than we can put into words. Got seen for my knee and received a cortisone shot, my first visit was great. The follow up however, well there wasn’t any! I was supposed to receive a call to set up a different type of shot and never got the call. So I remained in pain and super swollen. So glad I switched ortho offices (insert sarcasm) all I can say is this office needs to do better by their patients.

Over zealous diagnosis of my child. First a broken toe (football) that I’m suspicious wasn’t broken at all and 4 weeks later a broken finger (basketball try outs). We can’t read X-rays so they can call jammed finger broken and cast it. Shameful. Just looking to bill your insurance. They get away with it because they can.
