Wouldn’t bring a rock to this place. Urgent referral took them almost a month to respond to and the excuses for not moving on it such as “waiting for paperwork” from a facility that is also MaineHealth was just laughable. Stay far away.
Dr. Desai is truly amazing!
I live 2 hours away from this office and therefore have to request an entire day off for one appointment. We coordinated and EMG and a meeting with the neurologist on the same day due to this. My Rheumatolagist and Oncologist are also waiting on information from this appointment. The day of my appointment they called and canceled the EMG as I was walking out the door to go to said appointment. I was rescheduled two weeks out at the doctor's insistance. Dr.Porensky did surgery on our handicapped daughter. He was so kind, and did such a great job, we will be forever grateful! We weren’t sure if she would even be able to walk, and we are now just shy of 8 weeks, and she’s walking!! Also the PT and OT she had were so great. We are very thankful for them all. Would highly recommend!
