Dr Neal didn’t ask my medical history, he didn’t look at my records or speak with my other doctors and he didn’t ask about my quality of life. We didn’t even talk. He asked me where is hurt most then said “we don’t remove hardware.” I waited 3 months for that appointment and it was a complete waste of time. I’ve had numerous spine surgeons and physiatrist in Boston tell me removing my hardware would increase my quality life. I would not trust this Doctor! A referral was put in from my primary care doctor in the middle of May. The secretary at this office confirmed that they had the referral and received it on May 28, 2024. She also stated they would “try” to input it into the system over the next two days. It is now July 5, 2024 and I have yet to hear from them. Had my doctor send a referral to MaineGeneral and I received a text within two days stating they received my referral and I had an appointment booked within 5 days. *Update- they called me back late August.
I have been seen by 5 Dr's in 3 different practices at this location and have never been disappointed. 2 of the doctors performed major surgeries on me and the outcomes were astounding. 10/10 recommend this place. Everything from the front desk to the doctors! #1, top of the lone healthcare!
