We have had a very difficult time with this practice. The women who work in the office are very nice. Referrals don't seem to get sent, doctors do not respond to MyChart messages, it feels like eternal hot potato. It took me more than 30 phone calls to get a scan scheduled (and more than 4 months). This is not the place to get elder care. Would love to have a different experience.
I would not recommend their services. The exam my elder had was cursory and administered under ideal conditions, no distractions, no ambient noise, no time constraints, not actual living conditions, thus negating any useful conclusions. The tests were beyond simple and as a former early childhood educator I know the vast majority of preschoolers could have aced these questions. If you really want to know what is happening with your loved one go somewhere else. You will not gain any useful direction from this place.
Dr Dmytrasz gives dangerous and ignorant advice. Didn't know anything about my mother, didn't even read prior notes by my mother's regular geriatrician. She recommended that my mother go to Adult Day Care. Mom has dementia and Bell's Palsy, and is almost completely disabled--doesn't know how to use the bathroom. She also suggested that we not pay attention to a healthy diet anymore and let Mom eat junk food from now on; encouraging us to "go to McDonald's on the way home!"
