I was referred here twice by my PCP for two separate Endocrine issues. One, admittedly isn't super serious but the other one is. I have severe Gynecomastia (male breast tissue) and recently found out I have severely low Testosterone. I was advised by my PCP, as well as the surgeon who examined my chest, to see an Endocrinologist ASAP. My PCP sent in a referral and I didn't hear anything from them for three weeks. I’ve been a patient here for many years. Scheduling appointments are always so difficult and are only getting worse. They are so overbooked! I am not a fan of telehealth appointments! How do you conduct an exam over a phone or laptop? Even the in house appointments are quick so you’re left with only unanswered questions! For a few years I was not feeling well at all. This is a good place. We first went to the office branch office in Lewiston. But decided to make the change to Scarboro. We mainly see Catherine Sexton, NP and can’t say enough about her. She is a born medical professional who is a natural at what she does and really gets to know you and medically what is needed. She has a good heart and is well versed in her job.
