I asked for a referral from my PCP, which was provided. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks, I called. They said they received the referral but aren't taking new patients. So, they sat on it for 2 weeks without communicating with me or my PCP, and I'm guessing they would have continued to ignore the referral if I hadn't called. The person answering the phone was pleasant in letting me know they had ignored the request, and wished me good luck. Disappointing in every category of medical care and service.
What a terrible place. Was running late and someone called and I let them know I was coming right in. I made it before the 15 minute policy but by the time they went around to "make sure it was okay" it was almost 20 mins past my time but then tried to say I was now past the 15 minute mark. Well NO CRAP STACEY NOW I AM. You freakin walked around trying to find the dr for almost 10 mins after I got there. And thats MY fault??
