Excellent service for your BMW. Vanessa is great, really a first class shop. They worked on my F30 and provided top notch service. Also noticed they had a classic BMW in the bay when I showed up to pick up my vehicle. Clearly they are equipped to work on any gen BMW from the newest sportiest models to the classics.
In the summer I drive a 1998 (not a typo) Z-3. Had a warning light come on for the first time. Called and got an appointment in a couple of days. Brought the car in for service, Alex explained what they were going to do to diagnosis the issue. They called me in a couple of hours, told me that the problem was minor - and that it has been fixed.
