Vanessa was super knowledgeable, she clearly explained the diagnostics LAB had run on our car and what the results meant as well as the next steps for repairs. In short, great customer service.

Have to say that MLAB is customer driven! They go the extra mile to communicate everything going on with your car. Everything is up front and transparent! As a first time customer they went thru my X3 from one end to the other taking note of what is good, what will need attention, and what needs fixing.
