Great experience here! Stopped by during a road trip with a coolant leak and some vibration. The team took a quick look, explained everything clearly, and didn’t push any unnecessary repairs. Super friendly staff - the woman at the front desk was awesome. The waiting area is really nice too, with a Nespresso machine and San Pellegrino. Everything is very clean and professional. The mechanics also looked sharp and on point, which gives you extra confidence. Honestly, one of the best shops I’ve been to. Highly recommend!
Vanessa and Nate are the best. Vanessa talked me through what they would do. Nate did a thorough look over identifying my problem and repairing it. After going twice to another Indy BMW/European car garage in Freeport to no avail, I found M LABS. All my work will be done through them moving forward. If you’re in Maine and need BMW work they stand by their service. Price was very good as well.
Just had another great experience with LAB. Though it was just for standard car maintenance: oil change, new tires, suspension bits, and inspection; they payed attention to the whole of the car, communicating with me about potential issues that could be resolved while the car was on the lift, saving me time and money with a future return and repair. In short, continued great customer service.
Working with MLAB was nothing but great on my Toyota Supra (3.0 B58) which had a cracked oil pump. Not only did they fix that but they did numerous other evaluations on my overall vehicle health, left my car inside overnight per my request, checked out other problems/concerns that I mentioned to them and did everything in an extremely timely manner. Vanessa and John were great to work with and I would definitely take my car here again.
These guys are great! Nice to find people that due quality work and care! I will be going back for all the service on my bmw 3series. Happy to have you guys close by to me in southern Maine! Thanks again! See you again! Mike
