I used to see Kate Maine here with her medical assistant Amanda. Trying to get my migraine medication approved has been terrible. I have not heard from them in almost a month now. They do not care about their patients. They are completely ignoring my requests even after I’ve told them what my insurance is requiring and even had my insurance call them with me on the phone and tell them. I have been out of my medication. Don’t waste your time with their inadequate staff.
