Jon and Leia of Maine Home Realty are excellent realtors. We had an urgent situation of moving from Florida to Maine in a very short time frame and we found a dynamic duo. They were up for the challenge on short notice to work with us on showings, negotiating, inspection, followup with services / investigations and constant communication straight though to a very smooth closing. We used the services of Jonathan Leaver when we purchased our home 9 years ago. Everything worked out so well, and we enjoyed working with Jon, so we used his expertise to sell said home just recently. He and his wife, Leia are very professional, are both brokers, and we knew the sale would go smoothly. Highly recommend Maine Home Realty.
Leia and Jon both went above and beyond to help my brother and I sell a family home in Bath. I have worked with Jon over the years. He is a five star agent . Extremely thorough , honest and transparent which sets him apart from other agents. Always works hard and is professional.
I very much enjoyed working with Jon and Leia. My wife and I live out of state and had a complex realty situation in Bath Maine, but Leia went above and beyond to assist where she could. Jon has clear experience with historical properties in the Bath area, and it was fascinating watching him inspect the house and explain what he was seeing. Jon and Leia are easy to work with, easy to talk to, and very responsive. Highly recommended!
