This guy only works 8-4. After 4:00 he will not answer his phone or a text from you. He thinks a leaky furnace all over your finished basement is not an emergency. The funny thing about this guy is he will respond quickly to a nasty email about him and his business but won't answer his phone or a text. This guy josh is the owner. Don't be fooled. He will not be there for you when you really need him. He's a one man show. And not a 24 hr emergency company. He will leave you high and dry.
