Terrible sat in waiting room with my son and wife for about 20 minutes then got put in a room and waited 4 hours before we saw a nurse or a doctor.
I have been to this hospital for five years through imaging, blood work, and many other challenging health issues. I have never met a kinder, more professional, competent staff, and I am from Boston. The emergency room is a nightmare. It is my understanding that they are understaffed, and have had the number of beds reduced from 12 to 2. I have waited 8 hours in agony for a room. I have always had a horrible experience in er but this hospital is absolutely a nightmare I was sick so I went in first thing i was told when I got here was that oh you been here two days ago I don’t know what they will say or do (head nurse said) I asked to go to the bathroom mind you I came in dizzy and throwing up the nurse told me to walk to the bathroom myself without help just because I was able to kinda walk into my room when I got here from the ambulance then when I said well what if I fall she made a nasty comment a... read more
I go to get my labs here and the people here are exceptional. From the time I arrive to the time I'm leaving, I spend maybe 30 minutes, slightly longer if there are more people. The lady who does the blood draws so fantastic. She is in and out and we were done in give minutes each. Plus they were super accommodating for my kid who was nervous about their blood draw. She did not hesitate to get a more comfortable place and talk with them about what she was doing. Fast exceptional well done!
