Don't go to this hospital they will not help you at all. if you have to go to a hospital go to another state. Also the thing's they say about patient's when they think no one can hear them is nuts
Andrea in phlebotomy is so efficient and friendly. It's very reassuring when I see that Andrea will be drawing my blood because I know I won't have awful pain and bruising the next day.
I came to the hospital and went to the second floor where the family doctor is. I asked the receptionist for paperwork regarding my family's vaccinations, and she told me to go and that they would call me back, even though there was no one waiting and the paperwork I needed wouldn't take more than a minute to get.
My wife went in for important !stat! bloodwork associated with IVF to make sure her hormones are where they need to be. While she was getting blood drawn she even let them know and reiterated that the order was placed as stat otherwise the IVF might fail. Two days later when the results still did not come in she called and was told that the test results only happen on Tues and Friday and they blamed her essentially.
