Excellent job, great treatment, very kind and considerate. I've had two day surgeries since January. I was treated with kindness and respect. Today, I had my second day surgery. Dr. Karen Bossie and the entire staff were wonderful to me. They took the time to explain everything but actions speak louder than words, they were kind and understanding. Nurse from the emergency room " Kat" was highly unprofessional. When I inquired about a patient I was told they weren't there I was pretty much shut down and hung up on. I called back and Kat answered again, I stated that I would like to talk to someone other than her please like a supervisor. After a few minutes on hold she replied the supervisor was busy and she would take my info and have them call me. I asked to speak to somebody else and Kat got huffy and hung up on me again without taking my info. I called a third time... read more
they where rude and horrible to me and my family. i think there doctors don't have legit degrees i think they went to clown school and i cant believe there about to be a monopoly.
