Nurse from the emergency room " Kat" was highly unprofessional. When I inquired about a patient I was told they weren't there I was pretty much shut down and hung up on. I called back and Kat answered again, I stated that I would like to talk to someone other than her please like a supervisor. After a few minutes on hold she replied the supervisor was busy and she would take my info and have them call me. I asked to speak to somebody else and Kat got huffy and hung up on me again without taking my info. I called a third time... read more
they where rude and horrible to me and my family. i think there doctors don't have legit degrees i think they went to clown school and i cant believe there about to be a monopoly.
I've been waiting for over 7 hours with my gf who is in excruciating pain and looks like a ghost. And still no one has taken her in. Both hospitals are constantly at max with level 3-5 surges. Poor medical attention and horrid time management
