My wife went in for important !stat! bloodwork associated with IVF to make sure her hormones are where they need to be. While she was getting blood drawn she even let them know and reiterated that the order was placed as stat otherwise the IVF might fail. Two days later when the results still did not come in she called and was told that the test results only happen on Tues and Friday and they blamed her essentially. Excellent job, great treatment, very kind and considerate. I've had two day surgeries since January. I was treated with kindness and respect. Today, I had my second day surgery. Dr. Karen Bossie and the entire staff were wonderful to me. They took the time to explain everything but actions speak louder than words, they were kind and understanding. Thank you nurses Wendy & Wendy, the young girl from anesthesia and every one else that was waiting on me. The warm blankets and making the IV as painless as possible. Please rememb... read more
