The staff was...fine save for one nurse who was rude, they were slow and very unorganized. I had to ask the same question several times to get an answer and they didn't listen when I said no. All in all it was very poor care. They were very unprofessional and took far longer to finish paperwork that was needed, I would advise finding help elsewhere. We go on to be seen at 5. 11 comes and not one person asked us anything. We asked how much longer no one knows. This is after sitting in the hall on a bed as the rooms in front of us empty, fill, empty, fill still not not one word. They said they take people in on how bad they are well after 3 room changes we could have been seen or offered a water as the other patients are getting pizza and other food. They will charge you so muchand do absolutely nothing for you.
Nothing but professionalism and courtesy. I took my husband to the ER and was met by individuals , from the receptionist, tech , nurse and Doctor who were caring and knowledgeable. We left feeling so much better! Ty
