Excellent Customer Service
I brought my granddaughter to the emergency room around 11am, it’s now 4:26 pm. She is in a lot of pain, she hasn’t had a bowel movement for about a week. And they could care less. This hospital is a joke!! Personally I wish inland hospital was still open. She has tried multiple laxatives and she still hasn’t been able to go.
The staff was...fine save for one nurse who was rude, they were slow and very unorganized. I had to ask the same question several times to get an answer and they didn't listen when I said no. All in all it was very poor care. They were very unprofessional and took far longer to finish paperwork that was needed, I would advise finding help elsewhere.
