If I could give the emergency department lower than 1 star I would. 5 1/2 hours, 2 1/2 hours in a room. No dr to be found. Just left me there. I went in for the left side of my face feeling swollen, numb, dizziness and eyes issues. My Dr told me to go in because I had a really bad episode 3 days earlier. Trying to catch what is going on. Well I was not important enough to be seen by any dr. So I walked out.I'll take the drive to Augusta next time. Nice people there and you get to see a Dr. They care, waterville ER does not.
Christ Cote a therapist employed here on news outlets being racist? I thought health care providers weren’t supposed to see color? This is very concerning
Pulled in at 415 ER visit for my not yet 3 yr old… possible broken bone in hand/wrist Only after 5 hours and hysterical screaming and crying were we finally able to receive an Xray. Final time- after 10 pm .. almost 6 hrs for a tiny kid!
Support staff is great. Everyone else? HARD NO. Been getting the runaround on getting test results that I was told would be in the portal same day. They’re not. Was told that it can be seen on their end. Asked for it to be re-uploaded. Was transferred to the oncall??? GOT REPRIMANDED about how I’m not even his patient and shouldn’t be calling him about this. So patients get bitched at for holes in staff training. Then get talked down to about how “if it was important you would have been told” despite them saying that it’s no... read more
