Money hungry hospital system. None of their practices treat patients good. Nobody advocates for patients.
Patient advocacy is a joke and the patient care at their facilities is a bigger joke. MGH puts money over their patient care.
Please try to find healthcare anywhere else but MaineGeneral especially when you have a specific concern that requires a specialist. They are money hungry and patient care is not the top priority. I had the worst experience with one of their gynecologist Aimee G. She was rude to me, gaslight me, ignored my pain, and was late to every single appointment. Terrible business model. Has all the impressions of a hospital. But it is not one." ER "only, using that term loosely And no pain management with broken bones. Which is absolutely unacceptable ( I am not the patient) and you need admittance you most be transported 20 mi away. The 2nd star is for friendly staff.
Not even a real hospital. Avoid this place unless you need a bandaid or a couple stitches .
