I try not to leave negative reviews, especially for local companies, but jeez, what a poor experience I've had over the past 3 years. Paid several thousand dollars to have a system installed. Paid extra every month for a "service plan" that I was told included replacement of the various detectors and such as well as service visits. Also specifically requested that the detectors in or near the kitchen not be set off by smoke (we cook a lot) and was assured that it would not be an issue. We recently had a new firm alarm system installed. It was a huge project to say the least. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. The General Manager, Joe Correia was always just a phone call away if we had any issues. I highly recommend their services and delighted we have them as our fire alarm service. Thank you!!!
Joe, Shayne and the rest of the crew were/are awesome. Never a doubt with all products offered & services performed. They are always on time & are great with communication. Joe is great at replying to my requests…. However silly they are…. Learning the technologies was a bit tough (for me) at first but after Joe and Shayne walked me thru the process I am now a pro! I am a client for life! Thanks for your professional acumen and speedy responses to my requests and questions.
Switched to Maine Fire and Security and very glad we did! The owner works with his crew! Very knowledgeable and polite. Good communication skills. The entire team is so classy and considerate of the home owner. They cleaned up perfectly before leaving and provided documentation for the system and training and the code for the system. Very impressive company and we highly recommend them.
Very professional, knowledgeable, effective, responsive team. They get the job done. We wouldn't consider partnering with anyone else for our security needs.
