He performed some sort of eye examination on me in which he pressed onto my left eye with all his might. No nurse or other staff were present. I was there for a basic eye exam & also found him to be rude & arrogant.
regrettably my experience with Dr. Hedstrom was not a good one. He seemed to lack compassion and treated me with indifference. He didn't seem to care that it was 8AM and that I had been waiting for over a month for my appointment and that I have been suffering for many years with this eye issue He simply stated after 4minutes that he couldn't help me and I would need to see another doctor.
