Was referred to this office while pregnant. Both appointments I scheduled were cancelled the night before... now I can't even get in while still being pregnant. Still in a significant amount of pain, thanks for nothing.
Went for 2 OMT appointments on a weekly basis due to the amount of pain and lack of mobility I am currently having. Had the 3rd scheduled a week later. Showed up Friday 2/21/25, 10 mins early for my 7:45 appointment just to be told I don’t have an appointment and I am all set, no follow ups requested by a provider. Explained I drove almost an hour to come in and I am missing work and that the provider I saw just a week before said I need to come back in a week and I scheduled it on my way out. Anna Veach, DO is amazing. She takes the time to listen to her patients and their body. She goes above and beyond with her bed side manor and educates her patients, very well. If I could stay as her patient for life I would. OMM is by far the coolest technique in Medicine I have ever experienced. Thank you again for helping me love my body and it love me back. 10/10 recommend
Tl:dr; they moved in August of 2023, Google hasn't updated their address despite requests put in months ago. New address is 6 E Chestnut St in Augusta in the Ballard building.
Amazing, helpful, patient, and courteous. Their facility is clean, organized, quiet. I ended up going 8 times over a two week period. Every single visit was positive
