I injured my lower back a week ago and decided to try Cryotherapy to see if it would help with the inflammation and pain. Had a treatment this morning and I am feeling better. Plan to go back again this week! It's super cold, but well worth the benefits!! Highly recommend!
I had been trying to find a cryo tank for awhile and stumbled upon this place today and couldn’t be happier that I found it. The Nicole’s are awesome and were informative and helpful with the process. I was in and out of their office within 20 minutes and I got immediate relief from inflammation of L-4 andL-5 as well as calming down my sciatica. Not to mention the adrenaline rush that comes with it. cannot wait to come back and do it again! Thank you both!!

First time trying this I was quite skeptical. after two minutes in the cryo chamber I stepped out and felt like a new man. I have osteo- arthritis in my cervical spine and hips and I got immediate relief. I went in unmedicated with a pain level 6 and walked out at a 2. Signed up for the 10 session over two weeks plan.
