Holly and Paul have the wonderful gift of hospitality. They gave us a tour and we saw our coffee being roasted. We love Ethiopian light roast and it was the best we ever had. We love it with every brewing method including our espresso machine. We found them while visiting family in Maine. We live in Virginia and are happy we can have it shipped to us.
