Guy was nice enough, but they added $80 for nesting materials before he started. Then after he was done, the whole house had a layer of soot that we spent hours cleaning. We have a 1 year old so we had to clean it as soon as we saw it. Do not recommend to anyone.
The young man that came to the house was very professional and courteous. The inspection was thorough and I felt I was charged a fair price.

Was not happy being quoted one price and when they show up try an change the price on you. Was quoted 185.00 to inspect my chimney pipe with a camera but showed up an said it's going to be 20.00 more .No I think not. I told them what i had when scheduling the work and quoted a price. You do not change your price you honor that price And learn from your mistake . It's not like I try to add on services while they were here. Would not nor will I recommend them to anyone.

We do our best to give an accurate price range over the phone but cannot give an exact price until we see each customers individual set up.
Excellent service! Staff was very courteous and professional. I was able to get an appointment during their busy schedule so I could clear my apartment. Thanks for everything!
