I left my appointment more depressed then when I arrived, Don’t understand how some of these Doctors got there degrees
Absolutely pathetic office. The staff are even more pathetic, not to mention crazy unprofessional. Do not consider receiving care here if you respect your well being and don’t like people wasting your money AND time. The amount of money I have spent trying to have my prescription written in correctly is disgusting. I should not have to drain my wallet due to the carelessness of the providers here. I do not recommend this place by any means. Helen Krasnow should not be a psychiatrist. I saw her after receiving a referral for their clinic and to say my experience is traumatic is very much an understatement. Not only was she condescending when speaking to me, but she also really didn’t seem to show much effort or energy towards my care. One day after getting stuck in road traffic she refused to see me despite her labeling me as a “high risk” just because I didn’t show up in time. A living nightmare the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, they were my payee in Sanford but I’m in Calais Maine and I cannot acess my own funds, not to mention Larry Owens my so called caseworker was often verbally Abusive, I’m 72 years old and they are intentionally withholding all of my funds, I will prevail!!!!)
