Understaffed and expect clients to wait an hour plus to be seen. Case managers are nothing more than overpriced cab drivers as they do ZERO advocating on behalf of clients. This organization will do NOTHING to help clients in need of community resources. The general tone of MBHO...the staff comes first the client comes second.
