As someone who does better with more human level interactions between myself and my care team this place has been awesome. I've had two case managers and two therapists here, both of the first moved to different fields, and med management for almost four years through MBHO. I've never done well with that button up all business approach alot of agencies use, so if that's what you're looking for look elsewhere. Absolutely do not recommend if you can find a different agency I highly recommend you go with them Started with this company several months ago first case manager was very unprofessional and never showed up on time second case manager was just as unprofessional if not more so (playing games on her cell phone with the noise up during doctor's appointments or housing appointments or texting with the stupid little chirpy thing for each time you push a button turned up in a an appointment or constantly talking about their signif... read more
I have had 5 case managers within 3 years and I couldn't trust 3 of them. I don't recommend anyone to go through them. I have had bad services.
