I have taken my car here for years and was really pleased. They were honest and did good work. However it was recently bought-out by Midas and my most recent experience was not good. I brought my car in for an inspection and they tried to upsell me on a ton of unnecessary services. I will not go back
I have a fleet of trucks that need to be on the road and I am very pleased with the service and fast turn around on repairs. The staff has been very helpful and communicate with me in a very timely manor. I would recommend them at the Scarborough location to everyone.
Too expensive . Be patient and wait for the local mechanic you trust. Black point auto (great place) was over $300 less than their $772 quote to install a water pump on an ‘04 Chevy Trailbalzer. Worst of all when I told them exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed, he charged me for telling me exactly what I told him was wrong with it. It required no labor or investigation on his part. They also wanted to keep my vehicle for 4 days (granted one was a holiday) without being able to guarantee it would be done on the 4th ... read more
