Bento box Momiji's is a modest Japanese restaurant that is located in downtown Pleasanton. I had the a bento box combo from the lunch menu. It was pretty good, the California sushi rolls tasted fresh (just a little too much mayonnaise) and the teriyaki beef was saucy and chewy. The miso soup was too salty in my opinion, but it usually is no matter where I go. My friend had seafood udon and said the noodles were decent, but they could have been more generous with the seafood.
TOO MUCH RICE, Crabby waitstaff – This place is okay - totally average. Stay away from all rolls, unless you basically want to fill your stomach with a lot of rice. Good appetizers, especially the shrimp shumai. Sashimi is your best best on raw fish. The two sushi chefs are good and attentive - sit at the sushi bar if possible. Waitstaff is very crabby and slow. Best sushi is down the street.

Average Food, Restaurant Smells! – We went here with high expectations, but were dissapointed. The food was good, not great, but the restaurant had a distinct Sushi Smell, which my wife hates and I don't enjoy either. The food wasn't bad though. It wasn't the best Sushi i've had... Try to sit outside if you are going to eat here.
