Wendy, Lexi, two other employees whose names I didn't catch, and the veterinarian who looks like Robert Redford researching for a role were all very knowledgeable, empathetic and helpful.
Sadly very obviously they are in it for the money. I felt uncomfortable the numerous times I went in and spent a fortune only for my dog to get worse. He might be cheaper but there is a good reason. Very disappointed after leaving the last and FINAL time. Moving on to a more reliable vet
