We needed to make an appointment to have Lady's ear checked, I called on Saturday morning to see if we could get an appointment through the coming week. Low and behold, there was an appointment available that day around noon. We are so happy to not have to wait. Great staff that are friendly and knowledgeable.
If I could give Dr. Smith's practice a -0 I would. Had the worst experience because of the lack of professionalism, lack of consent, lack of observation, lack of listening skills, lack of trust with cats and just down right self absorbed behavior. Because of him, I've had to reschedule my flight, bring my cat into emergency to another vet with a total of a 930$ bill on tops of the other things reccommended while he did it all WITHOUT my consent. We recently took our dogs, Stella and Honey, to Main Street Vet for their routine check-up and vaccines, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the clinic was clean, welcoming, and had a calming atmosphere that put both us and our pups at ease. Extremely overpriced. If you go there be ready to be over charged for anything he does. For example, rubber band over a skin tag, $200. Also have heard many horror stories about this vet, from how he treats his patients and even his own dogs he breeds. There are many better vets in Fredericton than this one!
