Excellent , professional and caring service
I would not take my animals anywhere else. Dr Goodwin is the best! Toni and the others treat the customers and their fur babies like family!
I went with my dog the first visit. And then came back for the 2nd visit. How about they told me completely opposite stories. One Vet tells me one thing. Then the next vet says oh that is totally wrong. U need to do a bunch of test. To rule out what is NOT wrong with her. Then rushes me out the door. So after 2 visits and $300 they did nothing for us. And we had to go to another Vet.
They treat my pet like family I have been with them through 6 pets
I moved here from NY and wanted a Doctor for my beautiful cats. I found the perfect place to take them. Everyone was so nice and professional. You can't ask for anything more
They are the greatest! We met Dr. Goodwin about 5 years ago at another veterinary office when we adopted out sweet chihuahua Tank. We followed her to Main Street when she left. We have since moved to SouthEnd and continue to make the trip up to see her. She is the best vet ever!!! Everyone in the office is so kind and great with animals. We highly recommend!
A huge thanks to the staff at Mainstreet for making an incredibly difficult day a little better. I can't say enough about the compassion and professionalism that we received yesterday when we had to put our 11 yr old Golden down. We could not have had a better experience. Mainstreet won us over when our puppy had a reaction to his first vaccines. We had a late appointment that day. As soon as he had his reaction we came back, but it was after closing while the staff was cleaning. They immediately took us in with no additional charges and cared for our boy even though they were closed. They seemed so genuinely concerned and even called the next day to check on him. We've been loyal since and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
