WOW. I am going to share my horrid experience with this shop, the employees, management, and owner. Main Street Tires in Forney is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I took my tire up there for a small patch, a nail got stuck in the tire. Aware that the machine was broken, the employees continued to serve customers and fix their tires with a broken machine. So many issues... overlooked a nail in my tire, overinflated tires, not keeping their word. They were supposed to contact me, but instead I had to call several times with no response. Very disappointed. Wish I wouldn’t have bought 4 new tires there.
Great service every time I use Main Street Tires! I love that I can pull up with my children in the car and they are able to take care of my problem in a quick manner without me ever having to step foot out of the vehicle.
We have been here several times in the last year (we live near construction 😒) for new tires and/or tire patching. The men that work here are great! They’ve been able to repair tires others have said we’re irreparable. You can’t beat their prices or the quality of their work.
