I had a unit here for about 18 months and everything was exactly as expected. The online process to secure the unit was extremely easy. There were no unexpected fees at startup or during the leasing period. The grounds and storage units are well-maintained and secure. Ending the lease was extremely easy - just sweep, remove the lock, and send a message.
Very easy to use website. You can book your unit right online. Staff returned my phone call quickly. Best 24 access storage facility in New Castle.
The online portal is a breeze and at $45 a month for one of their small units isn't bad at all. The grounds and units were clean and very well maintained. I felt like my belongings were safe and protected. The move in/out process was super simple and everything went smoothly the entire time.
My bank processed my monthly payment twice. I called Main Street Storage to inform them about the situation to let them know the bank said they were going to need information and without hesitation I was told they would issue a refund back to my bank account. Not only were they super polite and friendly, they processed the payment very quickly. Thank you for the amazing customer service!
