Owner demands current AEP electric bill as a requirement now to rent a unit. He expects you to unload or load and leave within 5 to 7 minutes or he will call the police and accuse you of living there illegally without any proof to support his delusional paranoia as well as costing him business?
Guy is a liar and it trying to put storage in residential areas. He doesn't care about peoples private homes why will he care about your stuff?
Zero out of Ten, they sold my storage unit. Then on top of that lied about ever contacting me about payments, when we paid in advanced.
We have had a storage unit here at this location for 2 1/2 years never had a issue. Love the fact they have cameras overlooking the units makes me feel a bit better about storing my items here.
Very spacious storage for a reasonable price. Very nice staff.
