Truly amazing. The manager was really nice and we got two storage spots for really cheap. This held our home for two months and I couldnt thank them enough. Right off base too so an easy drive if military. 10/10 Thank yall so much
An insurance policy was added to charge more after I was already renting. No fair to go up without needing it when I first rented storage. All facts were given. How can I post the change. I have it in black and white. Or feel free to post my paperwork when I first rented in March 2023.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!! Management and prices keep changing without warning. No one is ever in the office during business hours randomly adds fees and when asked about it I was completely ignored I called headquarters they are clueless no notice when changing policies and they don’t allow copies of your “contract “ for this reason. Very unorganized. Personally wouldn’t have given any stars try somewhere else if you value your stuff.
