I'm really frustrated with Autumn, the Main Street Residence staff member, because she needs to improve her attitude and treat people fairly. I also suspect she may be biased. The apartment itself is a disappointment; it doesn't even have an oven, and the washers and dryers are dirty and smelly. For $1000 a month, the cleaning should be much better, especially considering the limited space and lack of an oven. I love my apartment it’s beautiful but most of all I love the management Debbie &Debbie are awesome they have never let me down and Don the maintenance guy has always fixed any issue which in 4 years I have had only 4.. I have not regretted my decision to move here and I hope to meet more of the neighbors soon since I’m not going anywhere until my savior takes me home to heaven…
Autumn H was so attentive to our needs and super sweet! She deserves a raise!
Downtown location has pros and cons. Convenient to many attractions along the river - but too many homeless and drug addicts on the property at night. Inside of units look decent but lots of flooding in bottom apartments.
Great place! Not a bad location. Close to the river and downtown. Plus... Autumn and Tammy are friggin AMAZING!
