I strongly advise against renting a property from Mainstreet Renewal. Since moving into one of their homes in June 2025, I’ve encountered a number of frustrating issues, many of which could have easily been addressed before the property was ever listed as “move-in ready.” To begin with, the downstairs area, which was advertised as an additional living space, has no electrical outlets at all.
