Stay away, complete scam of a company.
My experience with Main Street has been great so far. We will be moving in soon to a house rental. Although their were a few technology glitches, Main Street should be proud of Alexis for being a problem solver even on her time off. I never felt I was bothering her (even though I probably was) LOL. She was relentless in making sure she provided first class customer service. I have not had to look for rental property for a VERY long time (owned a home in PA prior to retirement in FL 2013) so this was a very stressful task. The MSR representative Shalimar was very helpful and informative, as well as patient with my lack of experience in this area. My daughter and her family are in their home, and are very happy. My sincere thanks for Shalimar and the rest of the MSR folks who helped me in this endeavor!!!
Stay far away from this rental company. They are awful. They will screw you over at every turn.
