If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not respond to anything. There is no communication. We've had charges added to our account with absolutely no explanation despite many emails and phone calls regarding them. Maintenance requests are a joke. They have someone come out, and then tell you that they will contact you at a later date of when your new appliance will be in.
