Locked us out of our accounts the second they transferred ownership of the house to another management company. Weren't able to retrieve any documents and now have to go through the trouble of updating our renters insurance. It's like they want me to claw my eyes out in frustration.
Horrible company, run the other way. This place is a dumpster fire of uselessness. Always paying for the cheapest maintenance possible, using people that don't speak English. This company should be avoided at all cost.
We just moved out of our rental property and couldn't be happier with the maintenance and staff we've dealt with. Sometimes MSR is a bit of a challenge to get ahold of but I'd expect that with a larger company. The staff we dealt with throughout our time at MSR was courteous and kind. William helped answer all our questions at move out and kept us up to date on the state of our inspection. He was super responsive and friendly too. Please stay away and do not rent from this property management! We are military and my husband got orders to move to San Antonio from San Diego. We were looking for homes and came across one from Main Street Renewal and got approved. We were told someone would check the home to make sure it was move in ready and we took their word for it. We received access to our home to be welcomed with an INFESTATION of roaches!! If you are a contractor, someone looking for a property manager, or someone looking for a home to rent, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I recently moved from San Diego to San Antonio on military orders. Signed the lease without seeing the home (as I was in San Diego) only because I was assured someone from the company would ensure the house was move in ready.
