The home I toured was filled with a strong smell of mold and stains all over the upstairs carpet. Once I finally got an actual person on the phone (whose English was very broken and not their first language) they informed me that maintenance would go out and inspect to make a decision whether or not to clean it. On top of that, I was then instructed to call back later in the week to get an update on their status.
