Lived in a house for 2 years, had so many problems with the AC. Trying to schedule with them is a nightmare. It feels like they dont care about there tenants at all they told us "well if the house isnt staying above 90°F for more then 24hrs its not considered dangerous, and there isnt anything we can do." And it appears they deleted all of our maintenance requests to cover there ass. Terrible company I hope no new renters ever chooses them. They deserve to go bankrupt
Compared to some of the horror stories I've read concerning other property management companies, Main Street Renewal is great to rent from. I've been here 10+ years and I will be here for another 3 (at least). But I wanted to write a review specifically about the maintenance team here in San Antonio. Amazing customer service
Worst realtor i have ever worked with rented a home on 2/2026 from day one multiple work orders every other day after paying $1800 deposit leading to the house fire on 4/20/26 which they have had me displaced since that day. Paying out of pocket for weeks working from home now hohoping my insurance reimbursement for out of pockets. To top it off before I paid May rent still not able to leave there do to the condition and work on structure moving from hotel to hotel working out of another location cause security reasons they ... read more
