Worse experience applying for home. They called me for my son to apply since he's 18 he needed to pay fee. They had already had my fee and ran everything. As soon as he sent the money. Within minutes denied my application. Why did you make me send money in for him if you already ran everything and said I didnt qualify. Yall are just taking people's money. Dont waste your time applying here. Just terrible!
I am honestly baffled as to how this company maintains anything above a two-star rating. I haven't even moved in yet, and the "service" has been abysmal. Once the contract is signed, communication effectively ceases. It took three reschedules just to get the water turned on because both my leasing agent and the manager were "on the phone" every single time I called over a two-day period (at least 10 phone calls wading through the AI chat waters and talking to a representative who was reading from a prompt). Josh was the representative from MSR I had the pleasure of meeting with today when he was looking into why my entire home was not cooling properly. After carefully checking all areas he was able to determine the cause of the issue and made sure to explain the problem and how he applied the fix. We rented from Mainstreet for three years with zero issues—right up until the moment we moved out. That’s when the professionalism completely disappeared. We honored our lease, paid over $2,000 in prorated rent through the end of April, and paid out of pocket for a full professional cleaning, including carpets.
