If I could leave zero stars I would. It has been 17 days since I filled out a maintenance request. We are now 3 days with no water. They are impossible to connect with and when you do get someone on the phone they say they will escalate the matter, but come to find out later, they didn’t. They outsource the calls to people that don’t care at all whether anything gets done or not. I went 2 months with mold sitting in my kitchen. December 7th, 2022: Straight and to the point, this is what we have been facing since November 22nd which was our move in day. There has been at least 130 text messages (because there is no way to actually talk to a live maintenance person on the phone) in reference to not being able to access our storage shed because the key is in a lockbox which will not open. paid the credit check fee on a property that was not supposed to be listed. Was told that I would get a refund. That was on 2/2/2022. It is now March 22 and I still do not have the refund. Call customer service and was told that it was sent on the 7th of February by 2 agents and then I called again to see where it is, and she told me it was not sent until the 17th of March.
