Do not rent with this company. They don’t fix anything correctly. They make appointments, you take off work to be home and no one shows up. When you call they say oh, you were rescheduled but no one tells you that. It isn’t on the portal, no email or text! I can’t use my kitchen sink or dishwasher and have had to eat out and no date to fix it yet! Took 2 weeks to get my toilets fixed (both were broken and would not flush). RENTERS BEWARE This is the worst rental company ever and they are very crooked. They tried to wrongfully evict us last year 10/21. Between them and the previous owner (our landlord) this is not the only time they have done this. We were never notified of MS taking over and the landlord took our money for 4 months. When we got lawyer-they said the landlord and company had several transactions and both denied. We won that case. DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible management, horrible customer service and an even worse VP of Property Management...these people are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with and never apologize for their mistakes. My partner and I walked the property twice before renting a home in Chandler, AZ. (We have pictures and videos of walk thru) We loved the property so we signed a lease and gave a deposit with first months rent. I have worked at this building since the building was built and since this property management company has taken over it has really gone to hell in a hand basket. There are numerous crimes, including the theft of catalytic converter's, tailgates, vehicle cameras , and hit and runs in their parking lot. Even though they have been informed of all the crimes they refuse to install basic security cameras. I work at their 1215 Rio Salado address and it is terrible. RUN!!!!!!! From this service provider. I applied for a home on October 7th and today is October 20th and my application is still processing. I was told today another week which is BEYOND their 3-5 business days for processing. I'm sure the homeowner would not accept this type of service from a company representing their home. I requested a full refund for my application fee and was told no manager is available and application fees are non-refundable!!!!
