this is the worse and most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with I just recently sold my house out of state and thought I had a home to move in to when I arrived to palm bay fl when we arrived the home was dirty filled with roaches in the overflowing dishwasher there was mold and I am homeless living in the Uhaul truck that I have yet to return. If i could give them no stars i would. We have lived here for almost 2 years and since the beginning we have had problems. We only signed the second lease because we were promised the issues would be fixed and yet…..here we are. We have called NUMEROUS times complaining about the air conditioning unit they have on the house. SOMEONE added an “addition” to the house before renting it and failed to insulate it. I have been trying to pay my rent and speak to a supervisor from the collections department with no success. We have been paying rent at the end of the month every single month with the $100 late fee, as you can see looking at my payment history. On August 11th I received the 3-day notice from landlord to tenant, in the notice it says an eviction may be filed against you, not that it will.
