We have been with Main Street Renewal a little over three years and they’re pretty timely in resolving maintenance requests, reasonably. However, communication with the business sucks! If you expect to get any of your issues resolved via communication it’s not going to happen. We were going to leave Main Street Renewal because they tried to jack our rent up over $1400 and it was nonsense.
