DO NOT RENT FROM MAINSTREET RENEWAL!! This company does not care about you. They will do whatever it takes to get your money. 1. Water heater not functioning. No hot water in the house for the first 2 weeks of our lease. The temperature outside was below freezing, and we had no choice but to take ice cold showers. 2. Pipes underneath the kitchen sink were not installed properly. Water leaked into the cabinets for several days before we noticed. We were unable to wash dishes for the first 2 weeks of the lease. 3.
