Do actual human beings work for this place? I WAS interested in scheduling a self-tour, but when I created an account on their website, it got automatically flagged and was instructed to call/text a number. NO RESPONSE to text and it's been two days. Makes you wonder if they'll even respond to actual residents' calls/texts in an actual emergency.. EDIT 3/13/25 - Absolute pathetic response to my issue. Was told the place was move in ready. Turns out the power meter was broken and there had been prior flood damage. They took so long fixing things that when a freeze snap came though it caused water pipes to bust, causing more damage. They are a complete joke of a company.
This place is scamming people out of application fees and saying you weren’t approved but can’t give any reasons as to why you didn’t get approved. When you call up there NO ONE CAN GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION about anything at all. No info on why you didn’t get approved , can’t tell you what information they need verified so you can get approved , They charge you to view house I could go on and on.. they are scammers collecting application fees PERIOD DONT GO HERE TO TRY TO RENT !!

Brett did an outstanding job sealing the front door. Informed me that a new lock would need to be ordered and installed.
