Wow! I wish I had read these horrible reviews before applying here. Like many others my income is well over the requirement. I have great rental history with pretty fair credit to go along with it. Received a denial in less than 6 hrs of applying. Something seems fishy to me. Crooks!. They took my families deposit and denied them w/o running their credit. So they are getting free deposit money knowing well from the beginning they are not going to rent to you!
