The experience has not been great. We moved from Indiana to Kentucky. Therefore, we were not aware of the poor reputation. We will not be renewing. From move in, we have had endless issues. Highly disappointed and we were really looking forward to renting a home for the first time. A star was given because I couldn’t proceed without at least giving one.
I have been holding off on posting but this is the final straw: AVOID MAIN STREET RENEWAL RENTAL PROPERTIES Super long story short: We we're delayed 2 weeks from our (paid) move in date 5/27 because the plumbing in the bathroom was not working. We had 4 vendors come to the house (time off work!) and had to live somewhere else for 2 weeks. We were told it would take 45 days. Renters please use caution renting from this company! I signed my lease and was scheduled to move into my home on 04/19/2022. I received the keys and entered the property, upon entering the property I found that there was no hot water, furnace was inoperable so I had no heat or air. There were animals (squirrels or rats) running around in the roof and the kitchen and bathroom sinks were not draining so I had standing water. Needless to say I DID NOT MOVE ANYTHING IN.
