Horrible property management group. They do not provide timely responses to maintenance requests. The fridge, that was provided with the house, stopped cooling. It took them almost a month to come out and repair. Obviously, I lost all the food that was in the fridge at the time and had to figure out how to feed a family of four without a working refrigerator. Their website is never updated. I submitted an application on a house today. I called them and asked how many applications were on that house. The lady told me that the house rented 4 days ago. I asked could I recieve my $50 application fee back and she told me the application fees are non-refundable. I told her that their company is using false advertisement and profiting from it. PLEASE WHAT EVER YOU DO BEFORE YOU LEASE A HOME FROM MAIN STREET RENEWAL READ THIS REVIEW!!! The leasing agent and I made a list of things that absolutely needed done she promised the issues would all be taken care of with in 30 days. Not one item got taken care of. Blamed everything on Covid. First day had to hire plumbing company to snake waste lines kitchen sink would not drain and one bathroom.
