I got a good experience with Katie she’s so professional thanks a lot
I’ve been with them for 8 months, and I’ve submitted requests to fix the gate that’s been broken for over 4 months, along with other issues, and no one ever responds. I pay a lot of money for the property, yet nothing gets resolved. Not recommended at all.
Do not go here if you prefer to speak or deal with an actual human. There's not even a brick and mortar in this state. Stay the hell away. If it wasn't for the free month of rent I got for signing a lease, I would have never entertained this place. Horrible customer service!!
