I met with a gentleman named Kareem before walking through a house for my sister to rent. He had to be the most positive, polite person I have met in a long time. He was knowledgeable about the rental process, spoke positively about the property, and really sold me on recommending my sister to rent from Main Street. Wonderful experience! Thank you so much.
Very helpful they sent a guy out ( Adam was his name he was very nice and informative) to give me advice on how to get all of my deposit back and after I learned how to use the management app communicating with the management company while I was renting was a breeze
Worst Company Ever to rent from . They Started to put security deposits charges twice for the same month on my account for 3 months straight and you have to pay the full amount and not the amount it’s supposed . Good luck trying to call because their virtual assistant is built not to connect you with anybody. Meanwhile you’re waiting on a resolution you’ll get late fee+ notice to vacate.so if you would have had this on autopay they’d be ripping you off.
